Over the years, the Peachtree Running and Fitness Expo has
become almost as eagerly anticipated as the race itself. The
show will be showcased in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution,
the races’ title sponsor and the region’s leading newspaper.
As sponsorships are limited, the Expo your best opportunity
to present your product or service to over 12,000 expected
attendees: runners, their families, and the general public.
The Expo will be held in the hotel’s opulent Windsor
Ballroom, which is carpeted an offers easy access for
exhibitors and attendees. Booths are available in two sizes:
10x10 ($1100 - extremely limited number available) or 8x10
($880 - a limited number are available). Booth packages
include pipe and drape, skirted table, two chairs, trashcan,
ID sign, and basic electrical charges. Security will be on
hand around the clock during the show. DJ entertainment will
be on hand to keep the energy level high and help you
promote the products and activities in your booth.
To reserve a booth, a copy of the application must be
received accompanied by payment in full. Applications not
accompanied by payment will be discarded.
Booth assignments are at the discretion of the Expo Director
and are based primarily on the potential makeup of the Expo
as a whole. The ATC reserves the right to refuse any
application or category of product or service.
We currently are not accepting applications in the following
categories: apparel, podiatry, chiropractic, vitamins and
nutritional supplements, and sunglasses. Booth assignments
will take place in late April and exhibitors will be
notified of their assignment at that time. All booths are
considered open until the and locations will not be
discussed by phone or email.
